Refund & Return Policy
At Vintage Life Merch, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference changes. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Print Defects & Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or damage caused during shipping, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@vintagelifemerch.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the correct item immediately.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
